Dr. Mark Monson - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

· Dr. Monson has been performing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery out of his Oceanside, California office since 1993.

· Dr. Monson is the director of the North County Dental Implant Study Group. In this capacity he instructs other dentists in the field of dental implantology.

· Dr. Monson practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with an emphasis on dental implants and third molar removal.

· Prior to beginning his private practice in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Oceanside, California Dr. Monson was teaching full time. He was the chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the V.A.M.C. Sepulveda where he instructed post-graduate dental residents and UCLA dental students. Dr. Monson has continued to teach on a part time basis. He currently holds the positions of chief of implant dentistry, V.A.M.C. Sepulveda, and Lecturer at the U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry.

· Dr. Monson is licensed to provide general anesthesia in the State of California
